Financing industrial projects and factory development.

An independent government fund under the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources that finances factory establishment, product and technology development, and production-line modernization — covering a large share of the investment cost. We prepare the full financing file and financial model and follow up with the Fund until approval.

What It Funds

New factory establishment, expansion and development of existing projects, production-line modernization, equipment and technology purchase, and working capital.

Key Conditions & Requirements

  • A feasibility study proving economic, financial, technical and marketing viability
  • A valid license from the relevant authorities
  • Alignment with supported activities and sustainability goals
  • At least 50% Saudi ownership for foreign investors
  • Prior experience in the project's field
  • Adequate guarantees (tangible, personal or banking)
  • The required technical, administrative and financial competence
  • An active commercial record with consistent repayment
  • The ability to repay in the agreed installments
